About W. Scott Gray

Scott is both an accomplished operational manager and human resources professional with more than 25 years of varied experience in both the public and private sectors. Much of his diverse career has been focused on the resolution of workplace conflict in such areas as human rights, harassment, health and safety, worker’s compensation (WSIB) and employee performance. Scott is a graduate of the University of Western Ontario’s Alternative Dispute Resolution Program and is an active member the ADR Institute of Ontario. He is a Roster Mediator with the Ontario Mandatory Mediation Program, the Better Business Bureau of South Western Ontario (both as a Mediator and an Arbitrator) and as an Independent Third Party Reviewer for the Canadian Food Inspection Agency.
